This series is designed for anyone curious about the relationship between science and Scripture—whether you’re a committed believer, a skeptic, or somewhere in between. We especially encourage you to bring a friend who may have doubts about God or the Bible because of popular science views. The answers just might surprise you.
We welcome adults and teenagers to this class!

September – Decoding the Divine Dilemma: When Science Meets Scripture
Modern science often seems to conflict with the Bible’s teaching on creation. But are we interpreting either correctly? In this session, we’ll look closely at both the biblical text and current scientific thought. You’ll learn principles for sound Bible interpretation, gain insight into how science really works, and explore how the two can fit together without compromising truth.
October – When Worldviews Collide: Is Believing Seeing?
Do we see the world as it really is—or through the lens of our worldview? This session explores how our beliefs shape our perception of reality, from the natural world to moral and political issues. You’ll discover why intelligent, well-meaning people can look at the same evidence and reach opposite conclusions, and you’ll be equipped to recognize the hidden assumptions behind differing perspectives.
November – Is It Primordial Soup Yet?
The “primordial soup” theory claims that life began billions of years ago from a mix of simple chemicals in Earth’s early oceans. But does the science support this claim? We’ll examine the chemistry and biochemistry behind the theory, evaluate its plausibility, and explore its implications for how we view human life, society, and the Bible. This question of life’s origins is more than academic—it shapes how we understand our purpose and destiny.
Come learn how God's Word and God's World both point to His glory.
