About LifeGroup | Grace That Breaks The Chains | Women

Come join our small, but mighty group for weekly coffee and chats as we work through Grace That Breaks The Chains: Freedom from Guilt, Shame, and Trying Too Hard by Neil Anderson and Rich Miller.

We would love for you to jump in and join us on Wednesday mornings. We will start Grace That Breaks The Chains on September 3rd. We plan to meet at the cafe in Barnes & Noble to grow in relationship and in our walks with Christ as we journey through this material together.

Our group is made up of women, 40's-60+, single, married, with children and without. We would love to welcome you!

About the book:
Neil Anderson, author of the bestselling The Bondage Breaker™, and his coauthors expose the trauma of legalism to let you see how Christ frees you from your efforts to be “good enough for God.”

Far too many Christians believe that the Christian life is “trying hard to do what God commands.” But making laws into lords estranges you from Christ. In this liberating book, the authors uncover
  • the chains of legalism: shame, guilt, and pride
  • the keys to liberty: knowing who you are in Christ and resting in the Father’s love
  • the life of freedom: experiencing joyful friendship with God and obeying Him because you love Him
If you’re weighed down by rules you can’t possibly keep, here’s encouragement and an appeal to the church to be free in Christ.

About LifeGroups: LifeGroups are about Christ centered relationships that help us grow spiritually. They are the primary way to get more connected at LifePark. Each week, groups gather throughout neighborhoods in our city and at our church for Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and mission. It’s our desire at LifePark to see every adult connected to the church in LifeGroups.
