Panama (Chiriqui) Mission Trip - February 2026

This is a fantastic opportunity for first time trip participants, families or veteran mission trip goers. 

Basic Information
Panama (Chiriquí) is a first step toward deeper missions engagement while partnering with IMB (International Mission Board) missionaries. Through pre-trip and on-the-ground training, participants will be prepared to take healthy next steps in missions.

You will not be given the daily schedule until you arrive in the country.  This is on purpose however during your week in Panama (Chiriquí) you will be involved in strategic activities leading to church planting such as:

• prayer-walking, 
• evangelism, 
• discipleship, 
• leadership development 
• community outreach

All participants will be required Go Method Process which will require a background check.

Health Considerations:
This trip is at altitude of 5,000 - 6,000 feet. The weather will be in the 60s and 70s but can be colder if it is rainy. We will be prayer walking and hiking into a couple of small communities. Skill level for hikes is considered moderate.

We will be using translators to help bridge the language barrier.  If you speak Spanish fluently please let us know.

Estimated Cost: $2000/person

*Member Cost: $1000/person

*All members receive a 50% reduction through the Acts 1:8 fund.

• $200 due at registration (refundable until Nov 15, 2025)
• Final Payment Jan 5th, 2026

There will be 5 training sessions for this trip on Sunday afternoons from 12:45-2 PM . Participants are expected to be at all 5 training sessions.
