About Class | Renewed: Becoming Whole in Mind, Body & Spirit

We live in a world where people are emotionally overwhelmed, spiritually dry, physically exhausted, and mentally anxious. But God doesn’t offer us temporary relief—He invites us into lasting renewal. Renewed is a three-part course built around the conviction that true transformation happens when we surrender our whole selves—mind, body, and emotions—to God.

Each six-week session blends biblical truth with practical tools to help participants experience real change. The goal is not self-help, but spiritual formation—becoming more like Christ in every part of who we are.

Session One: Renewing the Mind – Learn to identify and replace mental strongholds with God’s truth, allowing your thinking to align with His Word and bring lasting peace.
Session Two: Renewing the Body – Discover how to honor your body as a sacred vessel through rhythms of rest, restoration, and sustainable living.
Session Three: Renewing the Emotions – Explore how to name, understand, and surrender your emotions to God, growing in emotional honesty and spiritual maturity.

Spiritual transformation is not compartmentalized. You can’t renew your emotions if your mind is trapped in lies. You can’t care for your body if you’re stuck in performance. You can’t walk in mental freedom if your emotions are in control. In Renewed, we seek integrated renewal—mind, body, and soul—by the power of the Holy Spirit and the truth of God’s Word.
